This program aims to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to uphold a safe and hygienic work environment. We will address best practices in cleaning techniques, significance of personal protective, and adherence to and safety regulations. LEVEL 3 NVQ IN MANAGEMENT

Our Management team at Workforce FM will use relevant methods and skills to complete unique tasks and address the problems, while well defined, have a measure of complexity, including taking responsibility for completing tasks and procedures as well as exercising autonomy and judgement within limited parameters.

We provide a bespoke training programme for all our staff, and some of which is likely to be in conjunction with all our clients. We will work to provide training and development for all staff. This will be a task driven, multi-skilled training approach which creates a far more expansive and positive career path for otherwise limited staff. We find that this generates significantly improved motivation levels as well as a more flexible workforce. We recognise the need for high levels of training for sensitive premises. Having undertaken the recruitment and selection in a thorough and comprehensive way, we feel it of extreme importance that employees are inducted into their new job in a similar way. A summary of the training programme has been summarised and copy can be provided to all our clients upon request.
